Consultation, visit and bespoke-order requests: name, phone and/or email, preferred day and time, message, the chosen piece, your 3D ring design and, if you add them, inspiration images.

Campaign sign-ups (for example the lucky ticket at an exhibition): email address, campaign tag, the discount awarded and its code, language, time of consent.

Technical data: IP address and request time, used briefly for security and to limit abuse.

We do not process special categories of data and make no automated decisions with significant effects on you. The discount is drawn at random, with no profiling.

Answering your request, arranging a consultation and making a bespoke piece: steps before a contract at your request and performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Sending your discount code and La Perla news by email: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Security of the site and forms, preventing fraud: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Accounting and tax requirements if you make a purchase: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

Requests are stored in La Perla's content management system, accessible only to authorised staff. Images you attach are never published.

Processors acting on our behalf: the website hosting and database providers; Resend (email notifications). Data processing agreements are in place.

Instagram (Meta) and TikTok content loads only with your consent; the service then processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Some processors (such as Resend) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Consultation and order requests and attached images: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless needed for a contract or a legal requirement.

Campaign emails and discount codes: until you withdraw consent or 24 months after the campaign ends.

Security logs: up to 30 days.

Accounting records: for the period required by law.

You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
